After all, Isn’t it better to nourish our minds and enrich our lives with nutrients and growth rather than being overly stimulated with mindless scrolls on social media?

First, what is a mindfulness blog?

Mindfulness is the practice of being present and fully engaged in the current moment, without judgment or distraction. It is not necessarily related to yoga. It involves paying attention to our thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations with a sense of curiosity and openness in our everyday life. The goal of mindfulness is to develop a greater awareness of our inner experience for clarity in what is truly serving us. Mindfulness blogs are filled with self-help articles on tips to enjoy the present moment and let go of the noise. 

What is living with intent?
Living with intent involves consciously choosing how we want to live our lives and aligning our actions with our values and goals. 

It involves listening to your heart🫶, finding your purpose, setting clear intentions for what you want to achieve, and taking deliberate steps to make those intentions a reality.

The two concepts can complement each other in powerful ways. Mindfulness can help us develop greater self-awareness and clarity about our values and goals, and observe what’s blocking us, which in turn can inform our choices and actions. Living with intent can help us stay focused and motivated on our goals.

Hands down, my personal fav of all time: this Aussie magazine (also with physical copy❤️❤️) founded by Kelley Sheenan talks about not just about mindfulness, but stories of people doing good in the world, with a focus on ethical and sustainable fashion and slow living. Imagine a good life, also in style!

4. Verily Magazine (a place that fosters “no photoshop real body image”, don’t miss this!)

Best for: Living with intent, women’s rights

More of an integrated magazine for women, Verily is a special place on the internet as it sifts through the noise of the world to elevate what is honest, real, and beautiful for the modern woman—facilitating her connection with the things that matter the most to her through their “no-photoshop” media, fact-checked stories and in-person event.
